Responsibilities:
1. Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop job descriptions accordingly.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
5. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
6. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate records.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
8. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
3. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and Boolean search strings.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
