Source and screen candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance.
Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, set up and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong desire to learn and develop skills in recruitment
Must have atleast 6 months of IT Recruitment experience
