Job Description

We are seeking motivated and experienced IT Recruiters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively while working remotely.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Candidates:

• Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) and other sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct Boolean searches and build talent pipelines.

Screening & Shortlisting:

• Conduct initial screening of resumes and evaluate candidatesxe2x80x99 qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Client & Candidate Management:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Offer Management:

• Negotiate offers, salary packages, and manage post-offer engagement to ensure smooth onboarding.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 10 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, etc.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience in hiring for contract and permanent roles.
