Educational & Other Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or MBA HRM would be preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Results-oriented, self-motivated professional with commitment to timeline and quality

Experience : 1 to 3 Years

Job Location : Sector 5,Salt Lake , Kolkata

:

• Should have good experience in all Talent Acquisition and hiring processes
• Should have experience IT Recruitment
• Source profiles, screen candidates and schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring managers
• Support the Recruitment Manager in new joiner documentation and offer roll out
• Manage and promote internal employee referral campaigns to address specific resourcing
• Ensure comprehensive recruitment experience for all hires within assigned departments by adhering to offer rollout timelines, pre and post joining experience and smooth on-boarding in co-ordination with other stakeholders
• Contribute to reports on market trends, compensation data, organization structure and talent mapping Skills:

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
