We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent in the Information Technology sector. This role requires a keen understanding of technology roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates\xe2\x80\x99 technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling technical positions.
In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
