Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.2. Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.4. Build and maintain a strong Candidate Pipeline for current and future hiring needs.5. Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, and manage the interview feedback process.6. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and support.8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment tools to continuously improve recruitment processes.Skills and Qualifications:1. Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.6.
