Job Brief:-
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various technical positions, managing vendor relationships, and working closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.
Responsibilities: -
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for technical roles such as software developers, network engineers, data scientists, and other IT positions.
Manage and maintain relationships with external staffing vendors, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit, schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, and work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and tailor recruitment strategies to meet specific needs.
Utilize multiple recruiting platforms, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of candidate information and recruitment activities will be a key part of your role.
You will also promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and participate in job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities. Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, will help you continually improve the recruitment process.
Required skills and qualifications: -
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an IT or tech-focused organization, and demonstrated experience in vendor management, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
In-depth knowledge of technical job profiles and the skills required for various IT positions is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software are required.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
