Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Screening and sourcing relevant candidates in accordance with the requirement in IT domain
2. Maintain and provide a healthy pool of active candidates from a ready database.
3. Assess a candidate's technical skills and potential.
4. Submit potential candidate leads
5. Coordinate with stakeholders regularly for sharing mandates and keeping track of profiles shared by you.
6. Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential lead may have.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. A seasoned Tech / Non-Tech-recruiter with a good network of folks.
3. Someone who has worked on high-number targets.
4. Exceptional networking skills and a good drive for closure.
5. Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential Leads.
6. Hands-on experience with various platforms - LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed etc.
