Position: IT Recruiter ( Nos - 2)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Mannivakkam, Chennai

Job Type: Full-time

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent through proactive sourcing methods, such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Provide insights on the current job market and talent pool availability for niche IT skills.- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.- Utilize data to create reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry to effectively match candidates to technical roles.

- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

3-5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills in demand, including programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.

Expertise in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

Pay: ?9,604.90 - ?37,893.28 per month
