Job Description
:
• Totally 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruiting
• Job posting in job portals.?Screening the profile based on the requirement.
• Analyzing the candidate skills through phone screening.? Submitting the suitable
• candidate to the client. Responsible for complete end to end recruitment for internal and client
• requirement.
• Interacting with hiring manager for requirement gathering.
• Sourcing the profiles through job portals like Naukri, indeed, hirist, LinkedIn etc.
• Follow up with the candidate and client throughout the recruitment process till joining.
Soft Skills:
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
