Job Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter at RandomTrees, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch technical professionals to meet the company\'s evolving needs. Leveraging your 4+ years of experience in recruitment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Candidate Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide timely and insightful feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate workflows and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote [Your MNC Company Name] as an employer of choice through active participation in industry events, online forums, and other networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling employer branding content.
  • Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with at least 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and the ability to assess technical skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must Have proven experince worked in other MNC\'S.
  • Notice period is immediate to 15 days only .
