Job Description

Job Summary:

1. Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.

2. Conducting Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

3. Coordinating with Managers: Work closely with managers to understand the requirements and to ensure clear understanding of the job vacancy.

4. Managing the Recruitment Process: Manage end to end recruitment process effectively and efficiently. Creating s, Posting Job Adds, Screening Resumes, Scheduling Interviews and Placing an Offer.

5. Building Relationships: Build relationship with potential candidates, managers and other stakeholders to promote the organization as an attractive place to work.

6. Maintaining Candidates Database: Maintain database of potential candidates, keeping track of their resumes, qualifications, and other relevant information. Ensure that the organization has a pool of suitable candidates to choose from for future requirements.

Job Duties:

1. Develop and execute recruitment plans.

2. Networking through industry contacts, social media, and employees.

3. Sourcing the candidates from different recruitment sources.

4. Research and recommend new sources for recruitment.

5. Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the job requirements.

6. Regular follow ups with the managers.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

2. (4-7) years of experience in recruitment.

3. Hands on experience on Naukri, LinkedIn and various online job portals.

4. Experience in Core IT hiring.

5. Strong network among candidates, recruiters and consultants.

6. Excellent communications and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

8. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and other Recruitment Softwares.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per month
