Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Tech Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment and technical acumen. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of hiring processes in the tech industry and proficiency in programming languages and platforms such as C#, HTML, and other relevant technologies. You will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent, streamlining recruitment strategies, and bridging the gap between technical requirements and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment:

1.Source, screen, and hire top-tier IT talent across various technical domains.

2.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical needs.

3.Conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates for technical roles effectively.

Technical Expertise:

1.Leverage knowledge in programming languages such as C#, HTML, and other platforms to understand technical job roles better.

2.Stay updated on emerging technologies to refine recruitment strategies.

HR Operations:

1.Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

2.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

3.Maintain relationships with candidates and manage onboarding processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.3-6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.

3.Strong knowledge of C#, HTML, and other programming languages or technologies.

4.Proficiency in using ATS tools and recruitment software.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Working days: The job requires 6 working days with Fixed Sundays off.

Shift: The job requires the morning shift.
