Responsibilities:
• Actively source and screen candidates for various IT roles, including software engineers, developers, project managers, and more.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and effectively manage the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and handle candidate onboarding and transition to the new role.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Provide regular reports and metrics on the recruitment process and performance.
Requirements:
• 0-2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or HR, with a focus on the technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using various recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
