Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop job descriptions for IT positions. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and providing feedback to candidates. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports to track the progress of hiring initiatives. Develop and promote employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as a desirable workplace for IT professionals. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruiting for IT roles, with a strong understanding of the technical skills required. Familiarity with various recruiting software and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Knowledge of current IT industry trends and emerging technologies.
