Job Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for IT positions. This includes understanding client requirements, sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and closing candidates.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals to source potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fitment.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and preferred candidate profiles. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth interview process for both the candidates and the interviewers.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Job Posting & Branding: Write and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms and social media channels. Promote Jeronone Technologies as an employer of choice to attract top talent.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, hiring processes, and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis.
• Offer Negotiation & Closure: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment and the tech industry. Share insights to improve hiring strategies and processes.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Software Developers, Network Engineers, Data Analysts, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.
• Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and other recruitment tools.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with global clients or in an international recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and IT trends.
