Role: IT Recruiter
Experiance: 1-5 Yrs
Location: Hyderabad_ Work from OfficeOSI Digital is looking for an IT recruiter to join our recruitment team and help expand talent acquisition activity. This role gives an excellent opportunity for one to learn innovative sourcing techniques, social media marketing, intricacies of resume analysis, new software technologies, and modern presentation techniques. Upon success in this role, the person will get elevated to a senior recruiter, team leader, and management role managing recruitment, growth planning, performance management, and technology training.Responsibilities

• Enlist postings in relevant resume sources, collect & analyze resumes, make a first call, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate subsequent interviews and assessments, and advance them to the next levels
• Participate in contact building, brand building, and other research activities that open new avenues for job seekers
• Comply with recruitment processes and prepare management reports.

Required Skills

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human resource management or relevant fields
• Possess Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 Oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Good exposure to Google search, social media postings, blogs, job portals, and publishing tools (Office 365, Google docs, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Knowledge of computer software and languages is a plus

We are not looking for someone who is

• Not interested in the fieldwork or not willing to travel (occasional)
• Not flexible to work during off hours or the weekends
