The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on IT roles. This position will be based at our client's location in Noida Sector 62, and you will be on the payroll of Right Advisors.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various IT positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using a mix of job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including technical assessments, to ensure they meet the job requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate job offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling IT roles.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
