- Write and post technical job descriptions to all the job portal/social media
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms according to the requirement
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes/cv
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze the applicant's abilities
- Structured interviews, technical assessments, behavioral questions, combining various methods
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and hiring methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be required
- Need to manage client account and delivery management on the daily basis
- Execute End to end hiring process, Sourcing, Interview lined up, follow-up according to the requirement
