• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, company databases, and other sourcing tools to find suitable candidates.
• Review resumes and evaluate applicants' qualifications for technical roles.

Candidate Engagement:

• Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and interest.
• Build strong relationships with candidates by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with both candidates and hiring teams for feedback.

Database Management:

• Ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Market Research:

• Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in HR, or related fields.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and willingness to learn technical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or sourcing tools is a plus.
