Job Title : IT Recruiter - Salesforce & SAP Experience: 3 to 8 years CTC: DOE Location: 100% Remote Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for SAP and Salesforce roles, both permanent and contract. Partner with Account Managers to align client needs with candidate profiles. Act as go-to for Account Managers and candidates from initial contact to offer acceptance. Employ diverse sourcing strategies to discover top talent. Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and feedback. Cultivate lasting relationships with top-tier talent in SAP and Salesforce. Take part in negotiations, from initial talks to finalized job offers and onboarding. Take the initiative in contributing to internal projects, demonstrating leadership skills. Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine recruitment strategies. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in medium to large-scale organizations. Must be proficient in Salesforce CRM. Demonstrable leadership potential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-speed environment. Nice-to-Haves Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments. Knowledge of KPI-focused recruitment and micro-structuring.
