Technical Skills:
• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (1 to 2 Years)
• Proven experience in C2H or Contract staffing (Mandatory)
• Experience as an Individual Contributor
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., GMeet , Phone, Skype, Teams)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
• Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
