Shift: Night Shift - 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic IT Recruiter with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented IT professionals for various technical roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify and engage with potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
• Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on various online platforms to attract quality candidates.
• Candidate Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate candidate records.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends and job market conditions to attract top talent.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related role.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT terminologies and roles.
• Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn RPS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
