Role Name: IT Recruiter

Location: Indore

Qualification: MBA, BBA

Experience: 6 month- 2 Years

We are looking for an Female HR- IT Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks, Interaction with client and Management of client portfolio on a regular cadence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

? Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for open IT positions. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

? Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the job responsibilities, qualifications, and company culture.

? Relationship Building :Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for current and future IT openings.

? Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the role, company, and interview process.

? Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the organization's values.

? Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend offers to selected candidates and facilitate negotiation discussions when necessary.

Skills:

? Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, with a strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

? Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
