We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting top IT talent with exciting career opportunities within our organization. As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill various IT positions across our company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract top IT talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including extending job offers and negotiating salary packages. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment and talent acquisition. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, metrics, and progress toward hiring goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Graduates Proven experience as an IT Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of success in sourcing and hiring IT professionals. In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of recruitment and candidate assessment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
