: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the growing needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for various IT positions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to find potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.
• Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in career fairs and recruitment events.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or experience in recruitment is a plus but not required.

Pay: ?10,250.41 - ?250,000.00 per month
