Roles and Responsibilities:
• Should have experience in end-to-end Recruitment of IT roles.
• Should have expertise in Contract to hire
• Should have experience in client handling and client management
• Proven experience in effectively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
• Experience in negotiating job offers, salaries, and other employment terms.
• Skilled in the effective utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
