Need Candidate who has experience in IT Recruitment. Sourcing & Hiring: *Responsible for talent acquisition across all levels and skills in coordination *Handling the entire Recruitment from junior level to senior level Strong experience in both Permanent Hiring and Contractual Hiring *Strong hands in IT Recruitment. *Recruitment through Job portals. *Sourcing profile and Screening the resume *Head Hunting, Shortlisting candidates according to requirements of the Process/Department *Conducting First Round of Personal Interview & conducting "Online Test" for Freshers. *Coordinate with Technical Lead/ Director for interview of shortlisted candidates. *Negotiating Salary with the candidates. Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: 9400,000.00 - 9500,000.00 per year Schedule:
- Day shift
- Jaipur - 302022, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
