Hi, We are in search of HR Recruiter, please find the below details of the opportunity. Job details: Job Role: IT recruiter Experience: 1-2 years Job duration: Full time (Permanent) Required qualification: MBA HR or any graduates Location: Near JNTU, Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify client business needs and business challenges, forecast requirements, and work on customized service solutions.
- Must be willing to work from Client place (Work from office).
- Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client\'s hiring needs.
- Get involved in hands on recruiting profile.
- Create and maintain database of potential Clients and candidates.
- Should have sound knowledge on end to end recruitment process sourcing -Identifying screening short listing interviewing candidates.
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent skills on MS Office tools.
- Day shift

- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
