- Responsible for End-to-End recruitment life cycle across all levels (Job postings, sourcing, screening, short listing and evaluating the profile)
- Work along with Corporate Leaders and Business Unit Leaders to understand the requirement and acquire new talent for growing business needs.
- Manage to handle a team (e.g.at least in absent of Lead should be able to coordinate with team and SPOC)
- Should be familiar with the different job boards (e.g., Naukri, monster.etc)
- Prepare and post job ads online and on job portals
- Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
- Greet and assist interviewees onsite
- Co-ordinate all post interview processes up to offer stage
- Maintain candidate database
