We are hiring a qualified HR Recruiter for managing every phase of our recruitment efforts, from identification of potential candidates to interview and evaluation of candidates.
a) Minimum 0-1 year experience in recruitment
b) Designing and updating job description
c) Advertising jobs on career page like job portal, social media
d) Handling full cycle end to end recruitment process
e) Sending recruiting e-mails and also answering job queries related to compensations and benefits
f) Good communication skills with MS office
g) Scheduling & coordinating interviews, consistency follow up with candidate
Education: B.com/M.com OR MBA
Computer Skills: MS office, Excel ,Word
Job Type: Full-time (10.00 to 8.00)
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
