Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record in recruiting top IT talent. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing skilled candidates in various IT roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of IT positions, including software developers, system analysts, and network engineers.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively advise clients and candidates.
• Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and your manager to develop recruitment strategies that align with client needs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and should be able to talk fluently to people in the US.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role within a staffing agency.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
