Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and managing the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to finding the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements and job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiar with vendor management and coordinating with external recruitment agencies as needed.
• Hire candidates from across Pan India, ensuring a diverse and wide-ranging talent pool.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and job boards.
