Responsibilities:
• We are looking for IT Recruiter to join our organization and help us grow our teams.
• Review and understand technical job requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social networks, and consulting services.
• Shortlist, lineup, follow up, and update feedback on candidates.
• Coordinate with the interview panel, manage salary negotiations, and exhibit strong
convincing skills.
• Handle permanent staffing processes.
• Possess strong knowledge of IT skills.
• Maintain excellent communication skills in English.
Skills Required:
Required 2 years experience in core IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
