It Recruiter
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our expanding workforce needs. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
