:
As an IT Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process and contribute to building a strong technical team.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for IT positions
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters and conducting background checks
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication (Written/Oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment
Passionate about HR domain
Good behavior & willing to learn and work hard
