• We are hiring for IT Recruiter Noida Location.
• Looking for min. 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Job boards: Naukri, indeed, and LinkedIn etc.
• Understanding the .
• Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Sourcing Resumes for the same Internal Database, Personal Contacts Job Portals References etc.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation, and hand-holding all the way to closure
• Qualification: Any Graduate
