Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in the BFSI sector . The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience managing the recruitment process for IT roles, specifically within the BFSI domain. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing Candidates: Leverage job portals, social media, and networking to attract qualified IT candidates for BFSI roles.
• Interview Coordination: Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers for technical assessments.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to define job requirements.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage compensation discussions.
• ATS Management: Maintain candidate data and recruitment workflows in ATS.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years in IT technical recruitment, preferably within BFSI.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies in the BFSI sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with recruitment tools (Naukri, Monster, etc.).
