Job Description

:

We are looking for an

IT Recruiter

with a strong understanding of IT field services, including

end-user support, network support, and desktop support roles

. The ideal candidate should have excellent

communication skills in English

, be adaptable to work in any shift (including nights), and have experience using platforms like

Field Nation and WorkMarket

for sourcing field engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit

IT field service professionals

(End-User Support Engineers, Network Support, Desktop Support). Utilize

Field Nation, WorkMarket, and other platforms

to engage field engineers. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from

job posting to onboarding

. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of

qualified candidates

. Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding. Work in

rotational shifts, including night shifts

, as per business needs.

Requirements:

1+ years of IT recruitment experience

(preferably in field services). Strong understanding of

end-user support, network support, and desktop support roles

.

Excellent English communication skills

(written and verbal). Experience with

Field Nation, WorkMarket

, or similar platforms is a plus. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-driven environment
