• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
Assessing Candidates:
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture.
• Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates effectively.
Coordinating the Hiring Process:
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling and logistics.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and preparation of employment contracts.
Onboarding:
• Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Coordinate with other HR team members to complete necessary paperwork and training.
Maintaining Records:
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Building Relationships:
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Engage with passive candidates and nurture a network for future opportunities.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies.
Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws and company regulations.
