Overview -
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. They collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The HR Recruiter also acts as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization's culture and values to potential candidates.
Responsibilities-
• Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Implement innovative recruitment strategies to reach passive candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate fit, skills, and interest in the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
