Key Result Area:IT Recruitment (PR), Staffing, C2H & Third Party Payroll Services (Experience- Atleast 5+ years in Recruitment)
Thorough understanding of Technology- Technical roles, Technical skills like Backend, Frontend, Testing, Full stack, Project, Analyst, Delivery, IT Infra, Programming & Cloud Technologies.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand the needs and roles to be filled.
Source, Screen and Shortlist candidates through various channels such as Job Portals, Social Media, Employee referrals, Competition & all Other Potential channels.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fitment for the role.
Negotiate Salary Packages and other terms with Selected candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage end-to-end Recruitment Process from Job Posting to Onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain TAT of the Recruitment Process & adhere to strict Client Delivery Timelines.
Strong understanding of Human Resource Management Principles and Practices.
Excellent Communication skills for effective negotiation with clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
