Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract roles (C2C, C2H).
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions in software development, IT support, and other technical areas.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain and update recruitment database and ATS.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Meet hiring targets and timelines while ensuring quality placements.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on contract hiring (C2C, C2H) .
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, social media, and job boards to source candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
