The Opportunity: We\'re seeking an IT/Tech Recruiter to support our hiring needs across various Business Units at Poppulo. This is an initial 6-month contract role. Responsibilities:

• Leverage a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Conduct effective candidate screenings in alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and Hiring Team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience by offering support and addressing inquiries.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards in recruitment processes
• Administrative tasks involved with the recruitment process

Skills/Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 2 years in Technical / IT Recruitment
• Sourcing for product-based firms / tech start-ups is a plus
• Experience using a modern ATS to manage a pipeline (ex. Greenhouse)
• Can-do attitude to achieve your individual and organizational goals
• Enthusiasm to approach new people and educate them about the opportunities with us.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
