: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Fresher IT Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various IT positions within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to start their career in IT recruitment and human resources.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and position requirements.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
• Maintain a candidate database and keep detailed records of all interactions.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR and recruitment field.
