Job Description
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, AWS, DevOps, etc.).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• [Preferred] Knowledge of international hiring practices and compliance regulations.

Pay: ?400,168.93 - ?475,287.53 per year
