We are hiring for IT Quality Assurance Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon/Bangalore.You Will Make an Impact By:

• Test design, test case development, and test execution on an automated testing framework, by creating test scripts that run automatically
• This includes defining testing strategy/ test plans, test summary, and test cases, executing tests, managing, and triaging bugs BSA\xe2\x80\x99s and Developers and publishing test execution and bug status for each project release cycle
• Working closely with BSA\xe2\x80\x99s and Developer\xe2\x80\x99s to maximize, prioritize creating test scenarios and test case coverage for the most critical features of the application
• Perform and define structured functional application, integrations, infrastructure, and regression testing activities
• Define End to End system tests based on functional specifications

Skills You Bring:

• B.Tech/BCA/ Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience
• 2 to 3 years of automation testing experience \xe2\x80\x93 defining, building, executing, and overseeing the implementation of a proven automation test strategy
• 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing, test scenario and test case design, development, and maintenance
• Experience creating thoroughly documented test scenarios and test cases and executing upon them
• Ability to write intermediate SQL code and understanding of relational databases for test validation purposes
• Experience collaborating with project managers, developers, and business systems analysts to ensure quality throughout a project release cycle
• Must be willing and able to change direction during a project release as requirements and priorities change
• Minimum of 4 years of manual functional/End to End, regression testing design and execution of application with focus on Infrastructure, Front and back-office applications web-based application (e.g. Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Experience with automated testing tools Ability to analytically examine bug reports, prioritize necessary tests, and streamline application functions through automated testing processes
• Attention to detail \xe2\x80\x93 Being detail oriented is required as you will test a variety of applications and solutions to find ways to improve them and work with BSA and Developers to triage
• Communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 Strong verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with the IT delivery teams and create testing plans, test summaries, test cases and overall test execution results and bugs status
• Should be proficient in Object-Oriented Programming language
• Adhere to quality assurance best practices and project deadlines
• Attend regular project stand up meetings, knowledge sessions, current testing status and coordinate with onshore and onsite team members
• Maintain documentation of test results, effective and reusable test data creation
• Log and document bugs in the bug tracking system and working with BSA\xe2\x80\x99s and Developers to prioritize and triage
• Set up ongoing continuous improvement of test script creation and maintenance
• Experience managing bug reporting and test execution tracking, within testing tools such as Jira, Test Rail, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.

Preferred Qualifications Skills:

• Work experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore model
• Experience with Kanban and/or Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or other Agile tools
• Software Quality Assurance Certification
• Define, build, modify and execute automation test frameworks for regression test coverage on business process testing, using tools such as Selenium, UFT, etc.
• Aware of web services testing, Rest / Soap, Automate web service / API test in question
• Use of Postman, Karate core UI framework is an added plus step-by and debug tests, even when call
• Can create & maintain automation framework in Selenium \xe2\x80\x93 BDD
• Application of design best practices
• Modular re-usable test scripts
• Action handlers, Utilities
• Data comparison tool
• Tie out sheets
