We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• As an IT Project Manager, the principal responsibilities revolve around planning, executing and closing projects withing the specified scope, timelines, and budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and oversee the governance process to reduce risk and ensure effective and timely decisions.
• Identify the most appropriate Technology solutions, liaise with other engineers, architects and business stakeholders, to understand and drive the testing team towards 0 defect goal.
• Promote a positive work culture based on respect for people, integrity of actions, creativity and collaboration leading to increased productivity.
• Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
• Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end-to-end journeys, ensuring they have an excellent domain knowledge.
• Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service and keep up-to-date and have expertise on current tools and technologies.
• Manage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 8-10 years proven experience as project planning, develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams in the execution of project plans. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks. Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, changes, and outcomes.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to leadership.
• Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact of changes and communicate adjustments to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

• Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team Experience in creating and circulating status reporting and dashboards.
• Experience in interfacing with Business and Agile teams to facilitate requirement sessions, Demo & PoC
• Knowledge of modern / emerging technologies, competitor landscape and industry trend.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Strong skills and experience in interpersonal communication and speak-up in a dynamic and matrix environment across geographics.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Agile methodologies, Sprint, Story Points, Task Estimations during sprint planning.
• Experience in Vendor management in terms of collaboration with vendor, product assessment w.r.t business requirement, impact assessment.
• Defect Management \xe2\x80\x93 Tracking defect, planning defect triage calls.
