This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to eectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self motivated and proactive in all the work that you do. Tasks and Responsibilities xe2x97x8f Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including sprints, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. xe2x97x8f Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met and escalations are handled appropriately. xe2x97x8f Plan and assign tasks based on team skills and project requirements and provide direction to the team to meet project goals. xe2x97x8f Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. xe2x97x8f Manage scope changes and project change requests keeping budget and resource considerations in mind. xe2x97x8f Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. xe2x97x8f Maintain high-quality standards for all deliverables and implement past learnings for improvement. xe2x97x8f Eciently manage and allocate resources across projects to meet deadlines. Skills and Requirements xe2x97x8f 8+ years in project management, preferably in a similar industry. xe2x97x8f Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. xe2x97x8f Excellent leadership and team management skills. xe2x97x8f Good problem-solving and analytical skills xe2x97x8f Experience with remote team management. xe2x97x8f Responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable taking the initiative. xe2x97x8f Attentive to the ner details and love what you do. xe2x97x8f Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
