Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Confidence: Address technical queries from clients during the initial meeting, evaluating project feasibility, and instilling confidence in app development capabilities.
• Project Management: Handle both existing and new projects with a team of business analysts, ensuring successful project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Documentation: Collaborate with clients to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and manage Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, architectural diagrams, use cases/user stories, persona definitions, and low and high fidelity wireframes for all projects.
• Project Timelines: Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, proactively managing risks and challenges to secure project success.
• Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project reports and provide updates as required, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong technical background in web and mobile app development to effectively communicate with the development team, understanding and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing web and mobile app development projects.
• Strong technical understanding of web and mobile app development technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to address client queries and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Ability to lead a team of business analysts and drive projects to successful completion.
• Proactive and adept at risk analysis and mitigation.
• Expertise in JIRA Software would be preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 235,969.72 - 1,221,016.75 per year Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
